Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of raventrak.com (the "Site") and any inquiry, consultation, or engagement initiated through it. By using the Site or submitting a request through our contact form, you agree to these Terms.
Nature of Our Services
RavenTrak LLC provides independent AI behavioral safety evaluation, digital threat mitigation auditing, and compliance framework alignment services ("Services"). Any specific engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between RavenTrak and the client, which will control over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
Important: RavenTrak provides independent behavioral risk auditing and compliance framework alignment. Our evaluations, reports, and intake consultations do not constitute formal legal counsel, and do not guarantee absolute immunity from regulatory enforcement, litigation, or platform liabilities. Clients remain responsible for their own legal and compliance decisions, and we recommend consulting qualified legal counsel on regulatory matters.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Site to submit false or misleading information, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.

The RavenTrak® name and logo, the ServalGuard™ methodology, and all content on this Site are the property of RavenTrak LLC and are protected by applicable trademark and intellectual property laws.
